Research activities

The activity of our research group is focused on conceiving and developing novel optical techniques and instrumentation based on light scattering. We are currently exploiting the fundamentals of light scattering in the fields of atmospheric optics, colloidal physics, astrophysics, paleoclimatology and protein crystallization. Efforts are also devoted to the application of statistical optics methods to X-rays and radio waves.
